One-on-One Consultation

How We Work Together

We meet weekly throughout your search to clarify your direction, get you ready, and keep your search moving through each stage of your transition. Between meetings, we do a short check-in to help you stay on track and follow through on what matters most.

You’ll also be included in our Tuesday morning client check-in, where clients come together as a group to practise key skills, build momentum, and stay consistent.

In addition, you’ll participate in Phoenix Series (No additional Charge), designed to strengthen confidence, stamina, and follow-through throughout the search.

Once you submit a highly targeted application, we begin interview preparation right away. This often includes brief daily practice (about 15 minutes) to strengthen your answers and build your confidence.

When you accept an offer, you’ll receive one month of transition support to help you ramp up, navigate the new workplace, and start strong in the role.

Career Aviators Crew Room

The Crew Room is a supportive community for experienced professionals in career transition who want a clear strategy, a structured approach, and peer and professional support while planning their next move.

What’s included:

• A Monthly Briefing (60 Minutes) on a key stage of job search, tailored to the group

Fees

Getting started There is a is a one-time activation fee of $500.

During our work together, we will meet every 4-7 days and the fee is $500 per month.

When you accept an offer, we will do 3 months of transition support (one meeting per month) at no charge to help you ramp up, navigate the new workplace, and start strong in the role
