Workshops — The Career Landing Programme
The Career Landing Programme is for professionals, managers and those in positions of responsibility, who are intent on rapidly landing multiple job offers, for roles in which they will excel, value highly and love to do.
Career Aviators has held a 93% success rate in helping clients to get job offers for these kinds of positions through our one-on-one service.
Using the best of our traditional consultation model. we deliver the Career Landing Programme as two live, on-line, 9-day courses followed by 10 weeks of team consultation to support your job search.
Levels 1 and 2 have a rigorous “boot camp-like” pace, with two hours of instruction and two hours of homework each day.
In Level 3, our team consultation model speeds up networking, and keeps participants supported and accountable through a 60 minute weekly team check-in as they execute their job search to success.
Outplacement
Downsizing is difficult for everyone involved. No employer likes saying goodbye to valued staff. Meanwhile, no employee wants to find themselves jobless or see their colleagues suffer that fate. Career Aviators helps smooth that transition to ensure departing employees land on their feet and can move towards a new and enriching opportunity.
Fee Structure
Career Aviators offers an attractive fee structure that is customized for each client.
Outplacement Clients
Business clients: $3,500-$5,000 per client (negotiated based upon leadership level and the size of the firm)
Non-profit clients: $2,700-$4,500 per client (negotiated based upon the size of the non-profit and circumstances)
Individual Clients
The success of our methodology (93%) is based upon working with you “one-on-one” every week from our first meeting until you transition to your new position.
Our one-on-one consultation service fee structure: you start with an admin fee of 485.00 Then, after you are in your new job. you will evaluate our work together and you pay what you think the service has been worth to you. Typically, we work with clients for about 25 sessions and we suggest it's worth $1700.00 - 2000.00. We give these clients a full year once in their new job to pay the bill.
