Career Aviators helps smooth that transition to ensure departing employees land on their feet and can move towards a new and enriching opportunity.

Career Aviators offers an attractive fee structure that is customized for each client.
Individual Clients Career Growth Consulting
For professionals who are working and want support with:
• strengthening resilience in a demanding environment
• managing difficult workplace relationships with clarity and confidence
• clarifying expectations and asking for useful feedback
• navigating organizational dynamics or workplace culture
• preparing for internal opportunities or new responsibilities
• making steady, thoughtful decisions about career direction within their role
Sessions are practical, structured, and based on our one-on-one approach adapted for growth in your current position.
• New clients: 100.00 per hour
• Returning clients: 75.00 per hour
• Returning client bundle: 5 sessions for 300.00
The success of our methodology (93%) is based upon working with you “one-on-one” every week from our first meeting until you transition to your new position.
The Career Navigator: you start with an admin fee of 485.00 Then, after you are in your new job. you will evaluate our work together and you pay what you think the service has been worth to you. Typically, we work with clients for about 25 sessions and we suggest it's worth $2,200.00 - 2700.00. We give these clients a full year once in their new job to pay the bill.
