He provides creative solutions to increasing business performance through managing people — recruiting, performance management, HR policies and compliance, compensation and coaching. Frank, a Certified HR Leader, is an HR mentor for the Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, a subject matter expert with Innovation Guelph and a volunteer mentor for the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre.
Ami Dehne, Career Management Consultant
Ami Dehne is the founder of Minga Skill Building Hub, a hands-on reskilling school in Guelph, Ontario. Ami lends her leadership, mediation, coaching and influencing skills to many local initiatives and programs. Ami has been working with Career Aviators since 2015. She is known for her skill in asking powerful questions that help participants to discern who they are and who they want to be in their career. In her spare time, she is a whitewater paddler, permaculture designer, cook, potter, animal lover, cyclist and recently a new mother.

Supria Karmakar, BSW, MSW, RSW , Clinical Social Worker and Artist
Supria Karmakar is a therapist who specializes in working with people who have experienced trauma and those who have simple and complex post-traumatic stress symptoms (PTSD), anxiety, depression and relationship challenges. Listening with compassion, empathy and openness, she works in partnership with her clients as they step into discovering more about themselves. She offers a range of services, which includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), traditional talk therapy, narrative therapy and creative expressive modalities for both individuals and groups. Supria is a consultant to Career Aviators in the provision of their unique outplacement service, empowering clients to move beyond their trauma of job termination and empowering them to move forward in their career.
Nik MacMillan, Designer
Like many of his millennial peers, Nik grew up with computers and the internet. Taking interest from a young age in design, Nik has explored the world of graphic design, animation, video, photography and web.
Nik continues to help to establish the brand of Career Aviators, as well as to communicate the brand messages through modern mediums. He is also writing his own bio right now... Hi!
Peter McSherry, Lawyer
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, I was raised primarily in Kingston, Ontario. I earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1992 and a Bachelor of Law degree in 1995 from Queen’s University in Kingston. Following my call to the Ontario Bar in 1997, I established Peter A. McSherry Law Office as a sole proprietorship in Guelph. My focus on representing individuals in their employment matters and workplace bullying & harassment has helped me engage with and fight for my clients in a way that makes them feel assured and confident.
