Do you desire a more focused and enjoyable existence? Use design thinking to shape your future!
In this interactive workshop you will learn how to apply collaborative design thinking to create the life you want to live.
Light in spirit and strong in content, you will engage in a format that blends interactive classroom sessions with partnered home-based sessions. This will maximize your learning and give you a platform to test your ideas about how to redesign your life.
The curriculum will reference the work of Ayse Birsel, her book Design the Life You Love and the Stanford University course, Designing Your Life.

Wayne Greenway has devoted his career to helping individuals and organizations thrive. As the founder of Career Aviators, he has empowered more than 1000 clients and workshop participants to take control of their future. In the five years since its inception, he has continually refined the Career Aviators methodology, creating a proven strategy for successful career transitions. Ninety-seven percent of his clients who completed the programme found careers in which they excel, value highly and love to do. Wayne is fascinated with the ways in which design thinking enrich career and life planning of his clients.
Prior to Career Aviators, Wayne spent more than 20 years honing his facilitation skills, teaching in the Faculty of Medicine/Health Sciences at Queen’s University and leading experiential learning workshops for wide range of national, provincial and local organizations. He most recently managed the highly successful 2nd Canadian Conference on Positive Psychology.
Career Management Consultant, Career Aviators
Cameron Klapwyk's diverse range of interests has led him into many disciplines and many countries. His background includes two years in non-profit communications, a Master’s in International Development, as well as experience in curriculum design, program evaluation, and workshop facilitation. He has worked with refugees, inmates, Indigenous communities, rural Kenyan teachers and hurricane survivors, among others. Currently, he is taking a Certificate in Career Development from Conestoga College to strengthen his approach to vocational counselling.
